General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and khelovlp ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the khelovlp website, mobile interface, or associated services, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform.

khelovlp reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly. Continued use of khelovlp following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. The most recent version of this document will always be accessible via the footer of every page on the platform.

These Terms apply to all products and services offered on khelovlp, including but not limited to online casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting markets (including cricket betting), card games such as Pool Rummy and Monkey King, promotional bonuses, payment processing, and customer support interactions. Additional terms specific to individual promotions or game types may supplement (but not replace) the provisions set out here.

khelovlp is operated as an online gaming and sports betting platform serving players in Bangladesh. All references to currency in these Terms default to Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, symbol ৳) unless otherwise explicitly stated. All time references default to Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6). Players located outside Bangladesh access the platform at their own risk and are solely responsible for determining whether use of the platform is lawful in their jurisdiction.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

To register and use khelovlp, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. khelovlp operates a strict 18+ policy with no exceptions. Players who are found to be under the age of 18 will have their accounts immediately suspended and closed.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity).
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, either issued by khelovlp or by any other gaming platform where mutual exclusion arrangements are in place.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or using another person's identity, payment methods, or funds to fund your gaming activity.
• You must be the lawful owner of, or have explicit authorisation to use, any payment method used to fund your khelovlp account.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

khelovlp takes age verification seriously. All new registrations require confirmation that the player is 18 or older. Additionally, the platform may conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification at any stage — including prior to processing withdrawals — to confirm a player's age and identity. Documents accepted for age verification include a valid Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), a valid passport, or other official government-issued photo identification.

Players who know of, or suspect, underage gambling activity on the platform are encouraged to report it to the khelovlp support team at support@khelovlp. The platform treats all such reports with the utmost seriousness and will act promptly on any credible report.

Account Registration & Security

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) registered account on khelovlp. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or parallel accounts — whether under the same identity, the same device, the same IP address, the same payment method, or any combination thereof — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts will be suspended and any balances (including deposited funds and accrued bonuses) may be forfeited.

Registration Information

When creating an account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. This includes your full legal name (as it appears on your government-issued ID), a valid email address, a valid Bangladeshi mobile phone number, date of birth, and a secure password of your own choosing. You must notify khelovlp promptly if any of your registered details change.

khelovlp reserves the right to verify the accuracy of registration information at any time. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration details constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your khelovlp account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. khelovlp will never request your password by email, live chat, telephone, or any other channel. Any communication claiming to be from khelovlp and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to support@khelovlp immediately.

khelovlp offers optional two-factor authentication (2FA) for additional account security. Players are strongly encouraged to enable 2FA via their account settings. All activity that occurs under your account credentials — including gameplay, deposits, withdrawals, and bonus claims — will be treated as having been authorised by you, unless you have previously reported a security breach to the support team.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

khelovlp supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary from time to time based on technical or operational factors. Players are solely responsible for ensuring that the payment method they use belongs to them and is registered in their own name.

Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits via mobile money platforms (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically credited to the khelovlp wallet within seconds of the mobile money transfer being confirmed on the provider's network. Card deposits (Visa, Mastercard) may take slightly longer depending on the issuing bank's processing time. khelovlp does not charge a fee for deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transfer charges.

All deposited funds must be used for gaming activity on the platform. khelovlp reserves the right to reject or reverse any deposit that it reasonably suspects is fraudulent, made using a stolen or unauthorised payment instrument, or connected to money laundering or other financial crime. Deposits that are rejected will be returned to the originating payment method.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that is registered in the same name as the khelovlp account. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. khelovlp targets same-day processing for withdrawal requests submitted by verified accounts; however, actual transfer times are subject to the processing schedules of the recipient payment network.

Before any withdrawal is processed, players may be required to complete KYC identity verification. This involves submitting a valid government-issued photo ID (NID or passport). KYC verification is a one-time requirement per account under normal circumstances, although the platform reserves the right to request re-verification at its discretion. Withdrawal requests will be held pending until KYC is satisfactorily completed.

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements (see Section 5 below) and cannot be withdrawn until those requirements have been met. Only real-money balances that have met any applicable wagering conditions are eligible for withdrawal.

Bonus & Promotions Policy

khelovlp offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL cricket season, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and other occasions relevant to the Bangladeshi market. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section.

Wagering Requirements

All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement specifies how many times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount as well) must be wagered on eligible games before a withdrawal can be requested. The specific wagering multiplier, eligible game types, contribution percentages, and time limits applicable to each bonus are stated in the individual promotion terms. Players are advised to read the specific promotion terms carefully before opting in to any offer.

As a general rule: wagers placed on live casino games, slots, and sports betting markets contribute towards wagering requirements at rates specified per promotion. Certain game types or bet types may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all — these are listed in the individual bonus terms. Wagers placed on games with a return-to-player (RTP) above the threshold defined in the individual terms may be excluded from wagering requirement contributions.

Bonus Misuse

khelovlp reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus — along with any winnings derived from that bonus — where the platform reasonably determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse. Examples of bonus abuse include: claiming multiple bonuses using multiple accounts or identities; using low-risk betting strategies specifically designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay intent; colluding with other players to exploit bonus terms; or providing false information during registration to qualify for a welcome bonus.

khelovlp reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already opted in to a promotion at the time of modification or withdrawal will be governed by the terms that were in place at the time they opted in, except where the modification is required to correct an error or comply with a legal requirement.

User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using khelovlp, you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful, fair, and respectful manner at all times. You further agree that you will not engage in any activity that harms or has the potential to harm the platform, other players, or the integrity of the games and sports markets offered.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on khelovlp:

• Fraud and Cheating: Using any software, script, bot, exploit, or mechanical or electronic device to manipulate, predict, or gain an unfair advantage over the platform's random number generator, live dealer outcomes, or sports odds.
• Match Fixing: Placing bets based on inside information or in connection with any scheme to fix, manipulate, or pre-determine the outcome of a sporting event or game.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players, including chip dumping in poker or card games.
• Identity Fraud: Registering under a false name, using another person's identity or payment method, or misrepresenting any registration information.
• Money Laundering: Using khelovlp to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds connected to any criminal activity, or to disguise the origin of illegally obtained funds.
• Abusive Conduct: Engaging in threatening, abusive, harassing, discriminatory, or offensive behaviour towards platform staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Intellectual Property Infringement: Reproducing, redistributing, publishing, reverse-engineering, or otherwise exploiting any content, software, data, or intellectual property belonging to khelovlp without prior written permission.
• Unauthorised Commercial Activity: Using the platform for any commercial purpose, including advertising, promoting, or selling products or services to other players.

khelovlp employs automated fraud detection and manual review processes to identify prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is confirmed, the platform will take appropriate action, which may include voiding wagers, forfeiting balances, suspending or closing the account, and reporting the matter to relevant authorities where required by law.

Account Suspension & Closure

khelovlp reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to do so. Grounds for suspension or closure include, but are not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud, cheating, or collusion; failure to complete KYC verification when required; provision of false registration information; account inactivity; or a player's own request.

Voluntary Closure

Players may request the closure of their khelovlp account at any time by contacting the support team at support@khelovlp. A voluntary closure request submitted for responsible gaming reasons (i.e., self-exclusion) will be treated as a priority and the account will be closed as quickly as possible — typically within 24 hours of the verified request being received. Any real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the player's registered payment method following standard withdrawal processing, provided all applicable KYC requirements have been met.

Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wagering activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. khelovlp will make reasonable attempts to contact the account holder via their registered email address prior to applying any inactivity policy. The platform reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to inactive accounts and, after a further defined period of inactivity, to close the account entirely. Players with inactive accounts are encouraged to contact support to reactivate their account or arrange withdrawal of any remaining balance.

Limitation of Liability

khelovlp provides its platform and services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While the platform makes every reasonable effort to ensure continuous, error-free availability of its services, it does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, free from technical errors, or available at all times. Scheduled maintenance, emergency outages, third-party network failures, or events beyond the platform's reasonable control may temporarily affect service availability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, khelovlp, its officers, directors, employees, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform. This includes, without limitation, losses arising from: game outcomes; technical failures or interruptions; errors in odds or game data; delays in payment processing; or any action taken by the platform in accordance with these Terms (including account suspension or bonus forfeiture).

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Third-Party Game Providers

Games available on khelovlp are supplied by third-party software providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. These providers operate their games using their own certified RNG and live dealer systems. khelovlp does not control the underlying game software and accepts no liability for outcomes generated by third-party game engines, provided those outcomes are delivered in accordance with the technical specifications agreed between khelovlp and the respective provider. Any disputes regarding game outcomes may be escalated to the provider's technical team via khelovlp support.

Force Majeure

khelovlp shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, floods, fires, pandemics, government action, power outages, telecommunications failures, civil unrest, or cyberattacks. In such circumstances, the platform will make reasonable efforts to restore normal service as quickly as practicable and will communicate with affected players via registered email or on-site notice.

Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operations of khelovlp. Players access the platform on the understanding that they do so subject to these Terms, and any unresolved dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of competent authority as determined by the platform's operational jurisdiction. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform complies with all laws applicable in their own location.
